You realize that the changling are not even pony, that they are as different of a race as ponies are to grffins? The Changling Queen is NOT an alicorn.

Hmm... and why don't you care, most fans care about accuracy?

I know the changeling queen is a very fun villain and very cool looking but if you want to draw her you could always make a 'villain party' picture.

My suggestion is have Nightmare Moon and Chrysalis being apart of the villian group. Perhaps even add Ahuizotl, Daring Doo's villain not only Discord.
On the changling queen's appearance remember her wings are insect wings, she is more insect then pony. -laughs-
